π₯£ HOW DOES SHOPEE CHECKOUT WORKS?
You will pay the P15 + SF at Shopee. This means that you will pay for the kit first. Shipping fee will be paid once you received the item. We will send you a Shopee link once the item is onhand.

We only offer COD for SF and ONHAND items.

Strictly NO CANCELLATION of order/s! After submitting the form, cancelling of orders are strictly prohibited. We will only accept cancellations if the reason is acceptable. Cancellation fee is 100 PER ITEM. CREAL PH has the right to post JOY RESERVERS or BOGUS BUYERS for cancelled order/s by the buyers and will be blocked from the shop.

Late payments will have an additional penalty of Php 50 per day. Payments made are non β refundable. Unless otherwise stated. You only have to settle your late payment or else your order will be automatically CANCELLED.

We can NOT give refunds once the Albums/MDs have been ordered. For any cancellation or early out-of-stocks made by the seller/supplier, CREAL PH is NOT LIABLE and your payment will be refunded.

In cases of down payments, if you fail to pay the full amount on or before the deadline, payments will be FORFEITED hence NO REFUNDS will be made. Payment extensions will only be given once you have discussed it with us.

CREAL PH is not liable for any delay, lost or damaged items caused by the courier and customs. We will make sure that the items shipped are safe and secured beforehand. If ever you received your items with damage caused by local shipping, we will not be issuing any refunds.
ππ’ π‘π’π§ π’π₯πππ₯ If you are not patient enough to wait for your item/s. Usually, the kits were produce taken between 1-2 weeks and shipments takes 5-10 days to arrive. If a delivery is delayed due to circumstances for which the supplier is liable, a new delivery date may be agreed to conditional on the purchaser's acceptance.
If you're a minor (18 below), please let your parents/guardians be informed first before ordering from us.
